Hybrid schedule, not a lot to do for good pay, fun office days.

Cons

C-Suite leadership does not provide the people the information they need to get the job done. They over staffed in all departments to try and win a contract and laid off a ton of people without any type of help. They do not communicate what is happening. The benefits are HORRIBLE. Forget actually using your time off if you’re a salaried employee. They do not have metrics, training for your specific department, growth. Veterans and veteran wives without an education can get jobs that they are not qualified for, just because they served. Veterans also get preferential treatment and pay.

Over hired recruiters and overstaffed contracts causing massive layoffs when reality hit - transparency and honesty are lacking. They do NOT walk the talk
