Pros

Supportive leadership and clear expectations. I joined Loyal Source about six months ago, and my manager has been genuinely invested in my success—regular check-ins, helpful feedback, and trust to do my job. That support helped me ramp up quickly, and we’ve already had a few meaningful wins as a team. The company gives you the tools and autonomy to succeed.

Cons

Fast-paced environment, which can be an adjustment at first—but manageable with good organization and communication.

Pros

I love working with Veterans! And I was ready to be done with direct patient care and seeing the same people on a weekly, sometimes daily, basis. Here I see the Veteran usually just once, and just the fact that I can possibly help them makes me very happy. I also enjoy that here I can work full-time with benefits and Federal holidays vs. working in a contracted position which is what a lot of companies like this do. Also, upper management actually visits most of the offices once a year and they really do seem to care. I wasn't sure how it would feel going corporate, but honestly it does feel like they have my back.

Cons

It's a new company, so there are some growing pains, but not any more than expected. I'm really very happy working with LSGS!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're grateful for your dedication to serving Veterans and are happy to support you in work that is so meaningful. It's wonderful to hear that the opportunity to step away from direct patient care, while still making a positive impact, has been fulfilling for you. We're also glad you've found value in our full-time roles, benefits, and support from leadership. Your feedback reinforces that we're building a culture where employees feel supported and backed by leadership. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to learn, evolve, and improve. Thank you for being part of the growth. We look forward to continuing this journey together!

Pros

I have enough admin time to complete exams by EOD, examiner trainers available daily to help with exam questions, managers and coworkers have been pleasant to work with. Pay is good and incentives make it even better. The job is very doable. Paid travel.

Cons

I have no cons at all.
