Pros

Super easy job. They don't allow you to do anything other than prescribe for hypertension, diabetes, simple sinus infections. You are not allowed to do any casting, incision, drainage, pelvic exams. You don’t have to interpret x-rays, lab work. Nothing. Anyone that has the most minimal knowledge of medicine can do this simple job. I worked with midlevel providers that I wonder how they pass their certification.

Cons

Management was previous support personnel. The people that you had helping you are now the ones giving you orders and telling you what to do. From helpers to managers overnight and they are extremely poor at what they do. Upper managers are non-existent. No one cares. Upper management is careless. Complains are retaliated. No pay raise in six years. Actually, new contracts lowered salaries. No 401k match. Medical insurance is extremely expensive. They work a PANAMA schedule that
