Pros

Working with vets, fully remote position

Cons

Compensation is much less than advertised HR is totally unresponsive Management consistently says “let me look into that and get back to you” but then rarely does Rude and uninformed “ops” folks managing clinicians Poorly conceived changes rolled out “effective immediately” and subsequently walked back

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're glad to hear that supporting our veterans has been a meaningful part of your role, and we appreciate you highlighting what worked well. We want to sincerely acknowledge the areas where your experience fell short. Supportive and timely communication, compensation clarity, and strong, informed leadership are essential parts of the employee experience, and we recognize the importance of always working to improve these areas. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and for the work you did in support of our mission.

Totally Awful

Pros

Some co-workers and my clinical manager were pretty cool.

Cons

Everything else was a con. They will overwork you like no other. It wasn’t until working months of OT for free that I was told I could get paid for it. I was so, so miserable at this job. To put it into perspective, after a year, I was the most senior examiner at my clinic. Everyone else had quit or been fired. Examiners for the most part have decent credentials, so having PAs, for example, quit after only a few weeks says a lot. Oh, and you don’t get PTO at all for a year!

Thank you for your candid feedback. We regret to hear that your role left you feeling overwhelmed and unsupported and we appreciate your candid feedback. The concerns you raised regarding workload balance and PTO waiting period are important. Though they are set for consistency, no employee should feel overwhelmed or uncertain about compensation for their time. We encourage all employees to use our open-door policy to raise concerns so they can be addressed and resolved. Your feedback is helpful in our ongoing efforts to ensure our clinical teams operate in alignment with the Loyal Source way- providing a healthy work environment for every team member! Thank you for your contributions during your tenure.
