      Pros

      Hybrid and remote schedules, clear communication from managers, quick solutions, smaller team so easy to work well and communicate well. Lots of events and tons of philanthropy.

      Cons

      Lower pay but overtime is offered seasonally, not mandatory. Maternity leave is not good, just FMLA or short term that isn’t great. I’d look for those benefits external.
