      - Easy work; no challenge, no change - Lack of communication - Lack of experience from leadership - Favoritism; some individuals do whatever they want with zero consequences - The company does not advocate for its team at the worksite - No work-life balance - Not able to get time off when needed - Health insurance cost $600 monthly - No COVID19 pay even though we are on the frontline

      Pay and fringe benefits for travelers.

      Cons

      One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever worked for. I am literally working under a bridge, ourdoors, exposed to thousands of people daily. And this was forced upon me, threatening me with disciplinary actions if I did not agree. It's not okay for you to breach your contract, but totally acceptable for the company to redefine your contract and roll; even if that means third world working conditions. 👎👎
