Modern tech stack but toxic environment, better options out there

Pros

The company uses modern technologies and up-to-date frameworks, which is great for keeping your technical skills sharp.

Cons

The work environment is toxic, and not all colleagues are well-intentioned. There is a lack of genuine collaboration and mutual respect, which makes day-to-day work stressful and demotivating. I do not recommend this company; it’s better to look for another opportunity, even if it takes an extra 2–3 months.
