Work - I like my tasks Team - nice colleagues, we support each other, good leadership team in my function Parties and support - I enjoy when we come together, benefits are good, enough flexibility

Cons

No employer is perfect, but in general I enjoy working here and see all in all a positive trend.

Now starting my new job in a new company after university I realize how good my experience at LucaNet was and wanted to share that: Transparent comms in my department Overall appreciation Good tasks Learned a lot Flexibility Fairness

Cons

A lot of change and the system we worked with was not ideal for the People processes
