Pros

Team, manager, leaders, tasks, projects and flexibility. Flexibility and some other benefits support me balancing private life and job. I have role models and enjoy their support. During a challenging situation I got help from a female senior leader and her team of HR and Legal manager and this was really very important to me. Company changed during the last year - to the better!

Cons

Happy that new colleagues are joining the team, this was needed.
