Underpaid and tries to sell you to survive on passion.

Company does not have strong managers, and therefore you are able to have a strong say in dictating what you do and what are your goals.

Cons

Severely underpays employees, which makes it hard to retain talent.

Great working culture but too many changes from the management side

- Great working culture - Colleagues always supportive - Lots of people from who to learn

- Too many changes in a very short time - Not clear plan and goals - Investor too pushy and, in my opinion, that. could led to take the wrong decisions
