Fun friendly and talented people to work with. Having a chance to work side by side with people at ILM. Comfortable workplace and plenty of chances for experimenting new techniques.

Cons

Creativity is limited due to existing IP. Indecisive upper management people.

Pros

The campuses (ranches) of Lucasfilm are amazing. When you have time to take a break and step outside, you're immediately reminded of how lucky you are to work here. However, it's not always easy to find time for those breaks.

Cons

The company claims to foster growth and development, but does not always live up to its promises. Promotions can be incredibly slow, and the company unofficially requires that you do the work (for about a year) before receiving a promotion (title and/or salary).
