Pros

Lucasfilm Ltd. is a private company and doesn't have the same level of pressure for quarterly profits as a public company. It historically has had a very good benefits package, and there are many creative people to work with, and the work that is produced is rewarding to be a part of.

Cons

It's small, so there's not a lot of room for career growth, horizontally or vertically.

Pros

Learning experience, Some of the best people from VFX industry are training us in various disciplines, which makes growing of our skills much faster.

Cons

Due to a big name of company like Lucasfilm, the money you are getting are not the most you can get in VFX. And the other thing is that Singapore is very expensive place to live, and the cost of living is raising each year.
