      Good place to learn new things. Friendly environment and management. One can involve(or work) in various domain.

      Cons

      Whether you are willing or not , you have to work onsite post project completion.

      Good for freshers who wants to work in Image Processing, C++ and .Net

      Cons

      They have an agreement of 2 years irrespective of experience. If anyone breaks the agreement, they will charge 6 months salary. Unless you pay 6 months salary, they will not give release you and will not provide any documents.
