      All the employees share a great passion and commitment for the product, and the level of expertise is really high

      Cons

      Work life balance is not good. Top management politics, encouragement for hard work and inefficient communication leads to many working hours

      Pros

      Cool product, the car is awesome, decent WLB, pockets of individual teams that had great synergy and leadership but overall morale and the general vibe at the office is quite low.

      Cons

      Executive leadership toxic and disingenuous. Promotions are about who you know and who likes you on a personal level versus merit/performance based. Standards and criteria are not consistent from person to person. It's very clear who is in the inner circle and who is protected, regardless of their behavior. HR is not your friend, and they wield a lot of power at Lucid.
