      Pros

      The people there are all very kind and helpful. Pay is decent Startup will be a part of history

      Cons

      Vaccine Mandate Long Hours Lack of inclusion in management Some employees lack critical thinking,-not everyone may be qualified for the role they are in DOES NOT PRACTICE HAVING A COVID-SAFE ENVIRONMENT!!!! Too many people in office Constant covid outbreaks- Just because everyone working is vaccinated does not protect ANYONE from contracting or spreading COVID. No social distancing in office.

      Pros

      The pay and stock. Also, be apart of one of the only EV companies out there…exclusivity.

      Cons

      - Miami studio mangers have major trust issues in their employees - Extremely judge mental - Sales focused so what the employees think doesn’t really matter - Tries to be hyper luxury which comes with an uptight environment, even when collaborating - Lack of transparency in many different areas - Huge disconnect from retail and corporate which I guess is normal for retail - Cleaning windows and bathrooms is also normal for retail but luxury retail?
