      *The Recruiting Coordinator role offers exposure to many areas within Talent Experience. I’ve been able to contribute to metrics reporting, event coordination, and candidate care. *Great people, my peers and leaders genuinely want everyone to succeed. *Opportunities to take initiative and improve processes. *Working cross-functionally with recruiters provides great visibility into the full talent lifecycle.

      Cons

      (not really cons, apart of the cycle) *Workloads fluctuate, which can make some weeks particularly demanding. *Because the company is evolving quickly, priorities can shift fast and require adaptability.

      1. Collaborative and supportive work environment throughout Lucid 2. Strong focus on innovation and sustainability (Revolutionary products like Air & Gravity) 3. Exceptional opportunities for growth and learning (I was promoted within 1.6 months!) 4. Leadership is approachable and transparent 5. Excellent work-life balance (Can vary from team to team, but the Talent Acquisition team is one of the best!)

      1. The pace is fast, which can be challenging—but it’s part of what makes the work exciting and impactful. 2. Stock performance hasn’t been strong recently, but it presents a great opportunity for long-term believers in Lucid’s vision.
