      Pros

      Great team. Supportive manager. Very collaborative. Great product. Dedicated leadership. Sustainable product, components and manufacturing.

      Cons

      Pay is not great but ok. It's a risk vs reward thing. The reward could be really big. HR is coming up with more benefits Long hours and picky hiring.

      Overly Ambitious Expectations from the Company

      Fast paced work Freedom to try new things Immediate team is great to work with Potential to learn a lot.

      Cons

      Management does not talk to each other. They create unrealistic targets with unrealistic expectations. No work life balance. As a Design Engineer you are always criticized and rarely appreciated

      Thank you for your candid feedback. We appreciate the contributions made by each member of the Lucid family, and safety is of the utmost priority. We have instituted protocols throughout the COVID-19 pandemic that align with, and in many cases, exceed the current guidance provided by CDC, state, and local governments and health departments. For example, we have recently announced mandatory vaccinations for anyone working in or visiting our Newark offices. Our employee’s safety is always our priority. If any employees or visitors ever witness any unsafe practices or have any questions about our protocols, please contact an HR partner or the Compliance hotline to provide additional feedback or get clarification on the new guidelines.

      Diverse and immersive learning experience

      Cons

      Limitless list- 85+ hour work week, mandatory weekends. Disparaging comments when taking 1 day off after not taking PTO for months. Forced in office despite a pandemic. Insulting and belittling public meetings. Micromanagement and unclear messaging from leadership. Unreasonable expectations. High turnover. A company run by engineers. Stay away. If the low pay isn’t enough to turn you off heed this advice.
