Its a start up. there is a lot of ambiguity, which is what you should expect if you are working at a start-up.

Friendly people works here, they supports new comers all the time for a smooth entrance to the company. Here is a lot of tools and trainings they already develop for a full transition, and they let you free to develop or share ideas for improvements.

Cons

As the company is ramping up, there is an opportunity area in terms of role / activities description, other than that, everything is ok.
