      Pros

      The culture is second to none, it is inclusive, supportive, understanding and you feel like you have a home. Everyone there is amazing in so many ways and I am constantly impressed. There is a mission and purpose in the daily life. So much great energy and good times with every new project. Cannot say enough!!!

      There just isn’t any negative, amazing place to work.

      Great, enthusiastic peer to work with Silicon valley vibe Transparent exec team Very minimal micro managing

      Cons

      Salary needs to be more competitive Some teams have too many people and too little work and other teams have too much work but very few people. This needs to be balanced out.
