Some good people around but most are egotistical snobs

Cons

Most people are snobbish - the culture runs from top to bottom No performance reviews No salary increase No bonus component New hires earning far more than loyal employees Employees are forced to work long hours and weekends No professional/personal growth except for some teams on the mechanical side Arrogant about the product and their style of work They hire : 1) college graduates 2) engineers from east coast looking for better pay 3) incompetent leads/managers who cannot find another job in tech in the bay area 4) former Tesla employees who are paid the big bucks

Having been with the company for about a month now, I am continuously surprised/delighted by passion, intelligence and true dedication that can be found in this building. Incredible technology that really showcases the immense opportunity in this industry and LUCID is primed and ready to lead the future of luxury EV transportation . Welcoming leadership team and departments heads that are happy to discuss their vision and open lines of communication with other team members. Very cool office space with nice perks, cafe, break rooms, provided meals during certain days. Its HARD... I say that as a Pro, as it is very difficult to build a company, a technology, an automobile and a sales network from scratch. Its very hard.... but damn is it exciting and motivating to be a part of it all. Looking for some incredible tech, intelligent people, a challenge and a way to change human mobility????... LUCID Motors is the place to be.

Cons

Well, Newark is not the greatest location to commute to so take that into account for your commute as this is not a Work From Home type of team
