      Pros

      * Engineering quality is improving across the company with initiatives on unit testing, code quality and analytics * Interesting work from building UI interfaces to interacting with car signals across multiple cars * Work life balance exists so long as you allocate enough time to complete your projects on time. In addition, great for go-getters who like to take on more scope. Personally I have been able to develop in regards to CI/CD & Jetpack Compose * Some great Android Engineers

      Cons

      * Things are a lot less structured compared to a FANG company. Some individuals may feel directionless if they haven't learned how to set direction * Some Engineers have lower code standards
