Pros

First time job, you can get your foot in the door but if you have an offer anywhere else i would take that in a heartbeat.

Cons

The management has unreal expectations and are completely out of line. Expect us to work 12 hours a day and does not allow remote work. Too much politics between departments and it leads to nothing ever getting done. They are losing all the good people/workers who know their worth and the ones who stay are probably only staying until they get a job offer somewhere else

Worst company to work for

Not applicable… west company to work for especially for software engineers

Cons

Highly racist and discriminatory management. Software Engineering management is worst. Very partial and favoritism at all level. HR is super useless, even after complaining several times by many employees about management they wont took actions.
