      -Salary is competitive -Great front line associates

      Cons

      -CEO Peter R. is a brilliant engineer but a horrible human being and it was long overdue to remove him from his post -Your life is committed to the job (not a healthy work environment) -Sr. Leadership does not look out for the middle mgt or front line associate -Dont join a sinking ship....

      Pros, flexible PTO and schedule. Management was willing to work with all members of the team to make sure they all had their desired time off requests fulfilled.

      Cons

      Low pay and stock options/ ESPP were not available to exercise until 1 year was completed in the company.
