Pros
Your experience can really vary based on which team you are on and who you report to. For the most part, I work with a very friendly and supportive team. For my role, i am able to create and contribute in a lot of ways and feel that my contributions are recognized and rewarded appropriately.
Cons
Senior management doesn’t have a clear strategy for how we can achieve success. Communications internally, even regarding company news, is terrible. There is no clear prioritization and our internal tools are unorganized and or lacking. What makes it all the more difficult is collaboration across teams isn’t great and people are very very resistant to change.
