      Pros

      Lucid has an awesome work-life balance and they really treat the employees like humans and not just robots. There are some awesome benefits like a 5 year sabbatical and so many other great reasons to stay.

      Cons

      I think the main con right now is a similar con that you would get at any tech company, the market is not what it was during COVID. Because of that, there is some negativity.

      -Financially responsible and very communicative c-suite -Good benefits -Leadership seems to care about us as individuals -Really great people -Flexible -Comparatively good sales culture

      Cons

      -Pay could be better, seems like less than industry average -Sales is still a white/straight boys club, just less so than other tech companies
