Internal processes can be difficult with the same growth. There's visibility and effort around improving this, but it can be a challenge at times -- creating some friction to get deals through quickly.

Pay structure is too rigid and lacks any room for exceptions to be made. The biggest con is that it doesn't consider experience one has in other fields outside of SAAS for eg if you had 5 years of experience in sales in telco or insurance and was top in all companies they would say " you have no SAAS experience and you would start off as entry level". They would not even equate your experience to an equal standing eg 5 years of top sales experience = allow you to skip 2-3 tiers. Instead you must start at very beginning.
