      Pros

      Great, capable people. Every team member I’ve worked with has been great at what they do. Lots of trust. Fun atmosphere. Work life balance is taken seriously.

      Cons

      Quick growth has made it hard to know everyone and keep that small company culture. However, I think the company is doing a great job trying to manage it.

      Pros

      The culture is absolutely amazing! I feel valued, supported, heard and like I'm actually helping. The benefits are fantastic, the schedule flexibility is perfect, and they have ongoing training for managers to make sure they're learning and growing to be able to be better.

      Cons

      It is fast paced and sometimes you feel disconnected from the rest of the company. This is largely due to being able to work completely remote. They do their best to remedy this though.
