The kind of culture that makes you want to stay for years
Pros
Lucid Software is the most collaborative place I have ever worked. There is not informational gatekeeping or competitive environment, and I am constantly learning from the brilliant people around me who are always eager to help in any way they can. The teamwork culture is very real here, and it's a fun and rewarding place to work from both a people and a product perspective. I've been here for over 4 years with no intention of leaving anytime soon because this culture is truly unique. There are several people here who have left Lucid only to re-apply and return because its culture is truly unmatched. Leadership really cares and makes smart decisions.
Cons
The only complaint I have is that they do not provide tuition reimbursement. Beyond that, the benefits are great.
