Lucid is phenomenal! Excellent benefits, competitive pay, regular raises/bonuses I felt skeptical initially. Through time and experience, Lucid holds true to their word. Cons
Lucid isn't without it's faults. The most glaring of which, as a highly successful and rapidly growing company, there follow growing pains. That being said, we aim to constantly improve onboarding processes by listening to feedback and getting solid responses and action.
