      Pros

      While the company has continued to grow every year since I started here (going on 3 years now), I've been impressed with the culture maintaining its integrity. I've had great experience with most all management through each phase and am especially satisfied with it now.

      Cons

      Internal processes can be difficult with the same growth. There's visibility and effort around improving this, but it can be a challenge at times -- creating some friction to get deals through quickly.

      Pros

      Great people, excellent benefits. Encourages to take risks. Recently realigned their compensation to be more competitive with Tech firms outside The SLC area. Company lives it values, doesn't just paint them on the wall.

      Cons

      High growth has meant significant turnover. Fairly flat organization, so limited upward mobility in terms of title. Sometimes the "extra" committees seem too time consuming.
