      Pros

      Everyone I meet at Lucid Software is great to work with. I'm good friends with everyone on my scrum team and I am impressed with the quality of engineering around the company.

      Cons

      The product management doesn't seem to know what is best for the company and has been constantly changing direction and trying to attack new ground, retreating and starting over. This has been happening for a few years. I wish we would focus on making the features we already have bug free and as smooth as heck.
