      1. Incredible management team -- provide autonomy to employees to achieve desired outcomes. 2. Strong culture -- because management team values teamwork over ego, employees do as well.

      Pros

      - Fast-paced environment - We work, hire, fire, and live by our company values - Transparent leadership (more than any other company I've ever worked for) - Surrounded by incredibly intelligent & driven people - Career growth opportunities - Catered lunches

      Cons

      - Sometimes I think we try to move a little too fast - sometimes it seems like there isn't much thought for solutions beyond "right now"

      Pros

      The most employee-friendly place to work at ever! Working here has been the best experience for me so far. The core values of the company resonate with me and I believe in the products. Moreover, there is teamwork over ego. They encourage transparency and they have an open-door policy. Literally! There are no offices. The founders and CEO sit amongst you.

      Cons

      Absolutely nothing. (Had to write something because it is a glassdoor requirement)
