      Pros

      The team is amazing - smart and hard working people with low egos. The product is great - stable and a well-established product-market fit. The office is fantastic - spacious, great views, and fun features (climbing wall).

      Cons

      The traditional "startup perks" aren't quite as exciting as at other companies - the food in the kitchen is mediocre and usually runs out mid-week; the swag is not super-exciting; etc.

      Thanks for sharing your review! When you have a great team and a great product, it makes work a lot more enjoyable. While perks are part of the work environment, we place more emphasis on hiring amazing people, providing professional development and skills-based training, and offering a great benefits package. But I know our office management is always open to suggestions for the kitchen :) -Kat

      Pros

      Lucid is a place where employees are exposed to lots of opportunity and have a very collaborative environment. We are given the autonomy and support needed to succeed in our roles and we do super amazing events!

      Cons

      The routes on our rock climbing wall could be changed more often ;)

      Pros

      You come to be part of an amazing team. Lucid is out of the scary startup phase and is hitting its growth stride, which means it has the best of a small company (the projects you work on actually matter, and right away) and a big company (great health benefits, nice office, stocked kitchens and catered lunch M & F). The core values such as innovation, team work over ego, and passion are not just words on the wall, but rather lived day in and day out. There's no room for jerks here, just smart, ambitious people who want to work together make a difference.

      Cons

      Love the new building, but it can get cold!
