      Pros

      -Product is intuitive and customers like it but it can be a bit boring to learn -Fun company atmosphere -Good benefits

      Cons

      -Either Micromanaged or under managed in sales and too much politically motivated management. -A lot of over promising and under delivering to customers and trying to up sell customers benefits they most of the time don't want or need. -A lot of internal competition between customers self serving products online and the sales team trying to sell.

      -Very fun place to work, flexible work hours (as long as you get your work done) -Free food everyday -Unlimited sick time -Team activity budget

      Cons

      -Very poor pay -No career advancement plans, difficult to get promotions and higher pay -Very bureaucratic politics and upper managers have micromanagement problems

      Fast pace moving and growing rapidly great amazing product alot of focus on the product side to nail it to be top of industry Culture is friendly and welcoming moving into an awesome new building

      Growing pains process changing communication Not much other things though, great company
