Pros

Lucid very much lives and breathes its values - Teamwork over ego, Innovation, and individual Empowerment are very much part of the culture. Great opportunity to work with diverse range of Enterprise customers across ANZ region - No two customer calls are the same and account teams are encouraged to create a true partnership with customers. Opportunities to learn - Lucid invests heavily into enablement so you can be confident on supporting customers with the various product offerings with regular trainings, cross regional collaboration and a solid and comprehensive company / product onboarding. Company Transparency - Lucid does a great job keeping employees updated on strategy and company performance through regular update sessions.

Cons

Rapidly evolving product/market leading to frequent changes - this may be a con for someone that is not interested in fast paced and changing environment. Timezone limitations - As with any global business timezone is a factor and I would say be prepared to make the odd early morning or late night call to get the most out of your role and support customers to connect with Product teams across regions, for example.

Pros

I’ve been at Lucid for a while now, and what stands out most is the culture. People here genuinely care about doing good work and supporting each other. There’s a strong sense of collaboration, not competition, and leadership is approachable and open to feedback. The products are actually useful and well-regarded, which makes your job easier no matter what team you’re on. Work-life balance is generally solid, and the company trusts you to manage your time. There are also good opportunities to grow if you take initiative, and managers are supportive when you show interest in developing a new skill or taking on new challenges.

Cons

Not everything is perfect (no company is), but I feel valued, I feel like my work matters, and I’m surrounded by people who want to do great work without the ego. That’s something I appreciate a lot.
