Company Transparency - Lucid does a great job keeping employees updated on strategy and company performance through regular update sessions.
Cons
Rapidly evolving product/market leading to frequent changes - this may be a con for someone that is not interested in fast paced and changing environment. Timezone limitations - As with any global business timezone is a factor and I would say be prepared to make the odd early morning or late night call to get the most out of your role and support customers to connect with Product teams across regions, for example.
