      Great Management! Great leadership opportunities. Room to grow. Proactive thinking as opposed to reactive thinking. PIZZA every friday! A lot of emphasis on work/life balance!

      Honestly cannot think of any at all, seriously love it here, and I am not usually that enthusiastic of an employee.

      Pros

      Lucid is an exceptional company with a fast growth rate, very intelligent colleagues, and a proven desire to develop as a company. Overall, Lucid is a great place to work!

      Cons

      Lucid still has enough "start-up" in the company that ambiguity is a regular occurence. While challenging at times, this ambiguity enables employees to grow by taking on tasks which would typically fall above their "pay-grade" or experience level.
