      Pros

      The revenue ELT is the best in the business. They enable the right way, they lead the right way, and they course correct and take ownership when something fails and don’t stay in a failed state.

      Cons

      Bringing in outside ELT members who didn’t quite align with the culture, but within a year they made the necessary changes to get back on track.
