      flexible work hours, culture of teamwork over ego is great

      Cons

      management seems to not back up their words with actions. Say they prioritize this/that, but decisions on time spent, projects, staffing, etc, does not match what they claim to care about

      Pros

      Great people who are organized and have high expectations. I rarely dislike anyone I work with, and have made awesome professional and personal relationships and Lucid.

      Cons

      Sadly they pay very poorly, and keep all of their compensation scales and offers private. People are starting to leave, including myself, because of it. Promotions are super difficult as well, which means you’re in a standstill if you’d like to move up or make more money.
