      Good culture, but will also nickel and dime you

      Pros

      AMAZING teammates. I've never met a company that lives their values more than Lucid. Be prepared for amazing co-workers that make it hard to leave.

      Cons

      Lucid is very frugal and will nickel and dime you. Historically, they'll say that they are "benchmarking salaries" against a normalization process they went through a 1.5 years ago. However they don't share any of that data with employees. If they're going to use it as guides, they should share the data anonymized. Lucid, you shouldn't pay people in identical roles, a 20k difference for the same title & role. Expect to fight for fair market value salaries. Additionally, Lucid has some weird personnel structuring going on.

      -A lot of great and smart people to work with! -Worked with you to make sure you have structure in your day-to-day processes -A lot of learning opportunities with sitting in on others' deals and collaborating with one another -Able to work closely with

      Cons

      -Managers are pulled into a lot of meetings which pulls them from working with reps -Not able to work remotely

      Definitely my favorite company in Utah

      Pros

      Great office space with plenty of amenities. They provide you with ongoing learning opportunities and have a good L&D program. Fantastic colleagues that are always willing to help.

      Cons

      The usual pains that come with companies in high growth phases. But the leaders tend to be open to feedback along the way and there's an understanding that we are doing our best to figure it all out as we grow.
