      Incredible team and leadership. You have the opportunity to work with some of the most talented leaders in the Valley.

      There's no real promotion path. Feels like you hit a ceiling and if you want to progress in your career, you'll have to look elsewhere

      Pros

      The work-life balance is good. You work with very smart people, which makes the work more enjoyable.

      Cons

      Executives can go back on promises: some full remote jobs became hybrid remote in 2023. It didn't affect my department, but it makes you wonder if they could pull back on the fully remote aspect of the job at any time.
