The people at Lucid are ambitious, kind, and team focused. As new people join Lucid I often hear them say how impressed they are with the caliber of people that work at Lucid. It is deep in the culture to be happy, work hard, and to help others when they ask for it. Because of that I've never been given the cold shoulder when I ask executives, managers, or individual contributors for help. They are always willing to put down what they are doing to help me.

Cons

The salary isn't the highest compared to most other tech companies out there.

The people are awesome. The products are excellent. The culture is outstanding. The office is extraordinary.

Cons

We are all here on Glassdoor looking for some semblance of pay transparency. Lucid's executive team is very much against pay transparency :(

Transparent leadership team that knows what they're doing. Continual investment in taking product to the next level. Culture of really smart, innovative people. Retreat with 2-3 days of fun and team-building. Good pay with generous benefits.
