Pros

Stacked with smart, friendly, driven people in every position of every department. In the Lucid culture, the best ideas win, and everybody can share their ideas. The product is great, but they're not resting on their laurels: new features that are truly innovative and useful to customers keep on coming.

Cons

Data is the trump card in every decision-making process. This is not always (or even often) bad... but to have a big impact at Lucid, you've got to speak that language fluently.

Lucid wants you to succeed. As an intern, instead of segmenting you off with an intern project, you are placed on a scrum team and treated like a regular software engineer. All of my coworkers have been friendly and invested in my career and success.

Cons

Recently a fair amount of benefits and extras have been cut back, but that is pretty standard across the industry right now in this recession.
