Pros
The culture and environment are very friendly and fun. I love the people I work with! They are wonderful people and also very bright. It is a blast to work on challenging problems with them. I have grown as engineer while working here by learning from my coworkers. The company is also great about asking what you want to work on and making sure that you are working on projects that you are interested in. The company encourages an upbeat culture with a yearly paid company retreat and a Foosball table and ping-pong table, which are in regular use.
Cons
I really don't have any complaints, and if I did, I would feel perfectly comfortable bringing them up in one on ones with my manager, and they would be addressed. They always have been addressed in the past!
