Pros

If you want to have a baby, and your are in the 20-35 age range, there are a lot of benefits for you.

Cons

This place is a mess and the culture they tout just isn't there. Look at the other reviews about micromanagement. Leadership has made very poor decisions, over hired, and now putting insane pressure on the remaining employees. We are told meetings are mandatory because we are lacking critical information but then when we need help from management, they aren't available. Often, meetings are scheduled after hours, or when they are during the work day, there are like 10 of them in a week. We are constantly having to justify how we are going to make their out of reach goals. When we explain the reality of the business, we are just told to make it happen. They also don't respect remote employees. The entire company is geared to the home office. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.

Pros

-Remote friendly -Other Account Executives are awesome -Benefits are awesome

Cons

-Leadership is so out of touch with reality -Company grew way too fast -Unrealistic expectations from sales reps -Less than 5% of reps will hit quota this year and leadership addresses this by micro managing and hiring more reps

Pros

Cool office Catered lunch in office People on top of their things Good benefits

Cons

- the “teamwork over ego” culture only applies to non-leadership roles. It seems like this is a way for leadership to keep underlings stay in their track, be obedient, and be scapegoats when convenient. Lots of ego are in play among leaderships. - the company hired a few new executives while the old CEO stepped down, this caused a huge culture shift. Toxic, hostile and aggressive behavior is now very much tolerated. Caring about employees and work life balance is 100% just lip service. - almost every team overworks. Many people log on, respond and send work messages in late evenings and on weekends. It doesn’t feel realistic to get all the work done in 40-50 hours a week, at all. Many people work the whole weekends to meet unreasonable deadlines. - lack of diversity. No matter how much lucid tries to advertise their diversity initiative, it’s so obviously lacking. For one, lucid only hires people with high GPA - that already limits the types of potential talents.
