Pros
Lucix cares about it's employees, and there is a wide diversity of social, ethnic, and genders in the company and it's management. The engineering staff is extremely experienced in the space business and mentors the younger engineers.
Cons
Being a small company it's prone to being under-staffed. Be prepared to earn you salary!
