Pros

Great bunch of drivers! Work isn't exactly stressful Get a free Nero coffee every month through perkbox

Cons

Everything apart from stated above! Stupidly long hours! Office staff talk and treat the drivers like crap! Tied into a 2 year agreement for training costs although your on the lowest wage! No communication No Rota for PH Rota means national express driver!

Pros

I have worked for Lucketts for just over a year. It feels good to work for a family run company and has that extra job security knowing its been around since 1926, so is obviously doing something right. The staff are friendly too and we all pull together as part of a team to help continue to make a success of the company.

Pros

Really enjoy my job, with varied interesting workload. Very friendly, supportive, welcoming staff and managers, and modern office environment. Never a dull moment, always busy.

Cons

Can be long hours especially in peak times.
