Pros
The people are lovely, but not the owners or the MD - treat staff like rubbish. The only pro of working for Lucketts is that you get paid, however this is often wrong and they will deduct anything from your pay given half a chance!
Cons
No benefits, no sick pay, stingy pension. Expect drivers to drop everything for work. Staff are treated terribly, no thanks given for hard work, it's just expected!
