Pros

The customers, for the most part, were great. Customer service is always challenging, but the regulars really made coming to work worthwhile, along with my coworkers. Pay wasn't bad, but note: You're selling your soul to the devil.

Cons

Hours are terrible. There's no such thing as work-life balance. I gave HR multiple examples of when/how I was targeted and NOTHING changed. Some are allowed to break the rules while the book is thrown at minor infractions. This company is going to hell, fast.
