Pros

-The company is growing rapidly which has allowed many associates to be recognized and promoted. -Leadership is investing in tools to support and develop our associates. -I love my teams and my coworkers

Cons

-Working nights, weekends and holidays are a must for our field partners. -Our roles are very high energy and hands on, which could be difficult to transition to if you are not used to that type of environment.

Cons

Would like to see more team-building activities to strengthen cross-department relationships but ones we've had so far had been insightful!

One of the most rewarding parts of recruiting for Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeing team members grow into leaders. This brand truly believes in developing talent from within and providing real opportunities for lasting careers. I’m proud to be part of a supportive, collaborative team that makes this possible.

Cons

When a great candidate misses an interview, it’s disappointing, but it’s not the end of the story. With thoughtful follow-up and genuine engagement, a missed opportunity can become a future hire. Persistence truly pays off!
