Pros

The people are for the most part great to work with, and the overall environment is fun. Competitive salary, decent room for growth, and overall more relaxed work atmosphere.

Cons

Severe lack of stability, constant turnover of upper management, churn and burn approach. Company overall lacks direction, constantly changing strategies. No 401k match, lower company contribution to medical insurance than most other companies, less vacation days.
